We at the Polite Worldwide are devoted to quality and the relationships with our customers. Many of our products are hand made, making each unique with subtle variances.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 10 business days depending on the piece, our studio timeline and availability. During the holiday season, we appreciate your patience awaiting your orders, considering the uniqueness of each piece along with courier, timelines, and shipment procedures.

Complimentary shipping on all USA orders. Complimentary shipping on all international orders above $300 USD. All international orders have regulations for import duties and taxes that vary from country to country. Please note: International orders are subject to your local duties & taxes, we are not liable for these costs, these fees are due for payment by the customer. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, Polite Worldwide has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

We are experiencing extended processing times due to high volumes, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing times. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Current shipping time frames are 5-7 business days via UPS ground shipping. For International shipments extended delivery times may occur depending on your location and the region custom clearance processes.
